SALON POLICY

The Answers You Need

What are your hours of operation?

  • ​Wednesday- Friday 9:30AM- 400PM

  • Saturday 8:30AM- 2:00PM

  • When booking an appointment,  be on time,  there is a 10 minute grace period for the time of appointment.

  • No refund on deposit

What type of hair do I need for a Sew In?

  • In order to complete a Sew In sew the client must provide Two (2) or Three (3) Packs or Bundles of 100% Human Hair. Depending on what service the client chooses.

What forms of payment does the salon accept?

  • Payment will be collected Online and In Person.

  • No personal checks will be accepted. Only Cash  CashApp, and Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

  • Mobile service is ONLY offered on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Travel Fee is $35

  • No more than an Hour or Less of Travel Distance based  on the Salon Address.

Children and Men

  • Children and men are not allowed unless they are being serviced. No pets allowed.

  • All children must be supervised when receiving Service.

Service prices for DesignsByCristy DO NOT include the cost of hair.

  • DesignsByCristy is not responsible for sensitive scalp, hair loss,  tenderness abrasions or sores due to braids  or the weaving process.

  • DesignsByCristy must be notified about complaints/concerns within 24 hours. There will be NO REFUNDS on services.  Issues must be addressed at the time of service.

Where do I Park?

  • There is convenient parking located in the back of the salon. Come into the LEFT  door with Ramp.

Resolving issues with service (Time Frame)

How much is the Mobile Fee?

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Please be on time!! $35 will be added to services for Mobile appointments on MONDAY and TUESDAY and anything service outside of business hours!!!
